I have gone to this coffee location a lot. And half the time my drinks are half full. The coffee is expensive! I also have had more drinks they make mistakes on before I go to work. I have spent so much on coffee not made right or half full...

Nice staff, but I ordered a Lox bagel and asked if they could leave the tomatoes off. They said no the sandwiches cannot be altered. Ok, I thought they must come pre-made, like at Starbucks. But no, she made the sandwich and plopped on the tomato, which I just threw out. What a waste. I'm not sure if that is good or bad customer service..

In town for HS sports on a Friday and stopped in between games to get a couple hours of work in and have a coffee. To my dismay, a small sign on the door stated that lobby was closed at 2pm due to staff issues. All while hours online and on large printed hours on building stated it was open. I took my business elsewhere as all the other businesses in the area were open. Seems like this caribou could use some better management.

Terrible food quality. The Chicken breakfast burrito was 50% dry shell and the eggs were sad. Coffee was good, however.

This was such an awful place. Terrible service, and overall rude service, There was one lady blonde curly haired girl and she swore up a storm in front of me and made me very uncomfortable. The food was alright it could have been heated up more. This is the worst caribou in bismarck. Total disgrace to the company and all that it stands for. I wish I could do less than one star. But that's not possible on this app. This happened a few days ago.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Bismarck, ND. The vanilla latte is my go-to and it is always good. The staff there is really nice too.
