The sandwich's were small and not worth the price. The bread was stale and very small portion.

Highly recommend them for catering! I have ordered catering from By the Batch for many workplace events and no matter what it is, it’s always great and we get a ton of compliments. I have ordered breakfast-the egg bakes, bagels (omg the homemade bagels!) and burritos are all wonderful. For lunch, I don’t even order anything specific. I just say “Surprise me” and I have never been disappointed. The sweet trays are also fabulous. People love that it’s homemade and they tell each other “You’ve gotta try this.” When they ask where I ordered from, my answer is always the same “By the Batch.”
They are easy to work with, they deliver, they are always on time and consistently deliver quality food that I’ve never gotten a single complaint about. If you need food catered for an event, you won’t be disappointed with By the Batch.

Google maps didn’t take us to the correct spot, so be aware of that. After figuring out how to enter it is surely worth the effort!

My wife and I had one of their signature caramel rolls which was totally worth the 30 minute walk I need to do to after eating here.

I had one of the best bagel sandwiches I’ve ever had, they make them fresh in house and it was amazing.

We’re going to make this a consistent place to visit in the future.

Excellent brunch spot! Cute comfy diner style with delicious food. Enjoyed an english muffin breakfast sandwich and a caramel roll, warmed with butter. Definitely will return!

Great customer service

It was a great place to eat and the food was very good. The service was excellent, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is very cozy, sit and have a conversation or read the paper or book. You could also listen to the old guys in the corner argue about sports teams (actually extremely entertaining).

Tiana greeted us and made us feel like we were royalty. The caramel roll was really good and the breakfast was absolutely delightful. What a nice group of people, great atmosphere and wonderful food at a fair price.

We ate lunch September 9, 2024. The Cowboy Soup was outstanding as well as the grilled cheese. The pastries were melt in your mouth delicious. Reasonably priced. Mother and daugher were professional and friendly. Highly Recommend from your Northeast Texas patrons.

I came in possibly with 10-15 min to close (ikr) and they were nice enough to fix me a quick cheesy bagel and a caramel roll. The caramel roll was fluffy and light and the cheesy bagel had the perfect amount of crisp to make my Cajun heart happy so far from home
