“This is my first time purchasing a cup of “latte” at the butler’s express event in Lake Helen. I love the set up they have as a mobile coffee shop. But was a bit disappointed ☹️ because my latte for $5.35 was not really a latte. I was more like a regular coffee with milk. The milk was not steam but warmed up with a frother and the coffee was not an espresso, it tasted good 😌 but will not call it a Latte and be charged as a Latte. I understand that it might take a little longer to make a real latte as a food truck but we all know there’ll always be some type of a wait time. I will try them again and hopefully this time a real latte is serve. From a professional coffee drinker“

“I have been coming here for years and I enjoy the meeting space. The owner and barista is so kind and easy to talk to. The coffee and Alani rushes are so good! If it’s too late in the day for caffeine, she also makes these really good Italian soda drinks. I just had one yesterday called the orange dreamsicle.. loved it.! Can’t wait to go back and have another“

“There was a misunderstanding with my order and when I went to ask for the meal, they ran out of the special and were going to refund me. I asked if I could get a meal of the same value and they has to call the supervisor to get permission, which I understand is protocol. They gave me a meal of the same value and the supervisor came to our table with a refund. Great customer service from everyone.“

“This place is awesome and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. A fair warning, they are always (seemingly) playing monastery choir music throughout the WHOLE building.

Dietary restrictions: They have an entire area dedicated to people with dietary restrictions and allergies.

Parking: While the parking is intended for campus users, there is plenty of parking for other patrons as well.

Kid-friendliness: Our experience with the crow's nest was excellent. They had wonderful options for kids and adults alike. The staff were also extremely friendly towards my son.“
