Their flatbread breakfast sandwich with Just Egg, pesto, tomato, and vegan cheese was surprisingly delicious.
We were passing through town and having a hard time finding much for vegan breakfast. Caribou did not disappoint.
Interestingly, it's not advertised on the menu as vegan, but I double checked that it was.
