I am no longer impressed by this restaurant. I tried this place in 2023 and it was delicious! I loved the table side quac, the salsa, cucumber water and carne asada & etc. I visited again yesterday 7/23/2025. The service was great, table side guac was delicious. They no longer serve the cucumber water and the salsa tastes different. My carne asada was bland, lacking flavor and my rice and beans weren’t impressive. I ordered a side of chiles toreados to make up for what the carne asada was lacking. The chiles toreados were lacking so much flavor, I sent it back. The flavors were mild and catered toward an American palate not to folks seeking authentic flavor.

Downright one of the best fajitas I ever tasted. Their homemade hot sauce was legit amazing and elevated the foot even more. ¡A mi me gusta! The only downside is that I live in Fargo, and it's a 3 hour drive to come here again... Also amazing that they had Chavez del Ocho!

Started rocky with a drink spilt on our friend from the waitress. It was quickly addressed and changed tables. Food was superb! The best salsa I have had from a restaurant in ND for a long while. Flautas were fried to crisp perfection ate before I got a picture! Guacamole made table side was good and fresh. Fajitas came sizzling.
Genuinely great texmex which I was not expecting to find in ND. Had the steak fajitas, guacamole, and a margarita. Service is quick and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Had Supper here during my travels through Bismarck, North Dakota on 7.10.2025 and was served by Liliana. This is one of the finest and best Mexican Restaurants I have ever been to, and it was highly recommended to me. There is only one size for a margarita and the drink was Outstanding. The Enchilada Meal along with the Chips and Salsa and the freshly made guacamole were Delicious. Just keep in mind that the fresh guacamole is not complimentary and an additional charge. I will definitely eat here again the next time I travel though Bismarck. BRAVO and Thank You Liliana!!

I I would say this is the best Mexican place in Bismarck, but it’s actually the best Mexican food I’ve ever had!! , taste like everything was made to order. The meat was charbroiled melts in your mouth. From fresh tortillas, excellent drinks, fresh ingredients, Fantastic customer service and felt like everything was made to order. Here for a week to work went there for dinner last night. I’ll definitely be going back before I leave….

I never knew my favorite Mexican would be in Bismarck, North Dakota! WOW! The chips are amazing. The salsa is amazing. The table made guacamole is to die for! The appetizers are delicious. The fajitas are so good! The margaritas are the best I’ve ever had…… And I’ve drank a lot, across the entire country. You have to try the Huckleberry blended margarita!!!
