Recently had an experience at the east side Caribou that warrants a shout-out to the Manager Cole and his staff for going above and beyond to correct a service issue and make it right. Cole handled himself very professionally and with sincere intentions to provide the best customer experience possible to ensure complete satisfaction.
The peppermint mocha is my absolute favorite along with having the hungry jack sandwich. The service is pretty quick. The coffee was made to order. Hot but, not the surface of the sun hot.
