I typically use the drive-thru — most recently the mobile drive-thru — and find the service here to be friendly and quick. The young team members consistently handle their roles with professionalism, respect, urgency, and a genuine friendliness that’s impressive. My orders are correct about 80% of the time, so I’d like to see better accuracy on that front. Indoor dining tends to be hectic and loud, which makes it less enjoyable for me. My only broader wish for Chick-fil-A...

We got the spicy chicken sandwiches- they were great and a Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich which was decent-the chicken was a bit dry and not a lot of taste. Overall, good food. The drive through line was a strange experience.
