China Garden is my go to place for when I’m back visiting Bismarck. They have been around forever so there is some nostalgia built in but also, their egg rolls are like nothing you have ever experienced. Also, highly recommend this sweet and sour chicken as well ass Mongolian beef. It can be a little hard to find since it’s on the back side of North Brook Mall. Finally, love their egg drop soup. This is what I compare all other egg drop soups to

We’ve ordered a variety of menu items many times. It’s always good, hot, and ready quickly. The only negative is the egg rolls have been hard as rocks lately. The multi-layered wrapper is practically inedible.
