China Garden is my go to place for when I’m back visiting Bismarck. They have been around forever so there is some nostalgia built in but also, their egg rolls are like nothing you have ever experienced. Also, highly recommend this sweet and sour chicken as well ass Mongolian beef. It can be a little hard to find since it’s on the back side of North Brook Mall. Finally, love their egg drop soup. We’ve ordered a variety of menu items many times. It’s always good, hot, and ready quickly. The only negative is the egg rolls have been hard as rocks lately. The multi-layered wrapper is practically inedible.

My husband got take out for the night from here. Got back to the hotel and he ate it. Said it was really good.Well.......2:39 in the morning , he was sick as a dog. Not sure what went wrong here, but it made for a really awful niteOnly take out at this point of the game, no staff to open the restaurant.Not gonna try it again.
