The food was cold when I got it, the coffee tasted like garbage, and the people were rude and nasty, don’t go to this place

Food (egg, sausage, cheddar sandwich) was good size for value). Coffee was alright. Service was not very customer focused. I had interrupt one of them to take my order (after waiting several minutes), they didn’t take my name, when I came back to pick up order, had to interrupt them again after several minute wait to see if order was done. Good thing I checked what they put in bag ($55 order with $16 tip) because they missed a few items.
I don’t ever plan to stop here again.

We used the drive-thru. Staff spoke clearly and were friendly at the window.
I have to say they nailed my boring order of a large coffee with cream. (Other places add too much cream or ice)
My first sip had my tastebuds singing. Probably because the quality of the coffee too.

Delicious coffee, super kind and friendly server. 5☆!
The food is okay but I think it's a tad expensive for the quality you get. Sometimes their drinks are experimental and you can tell because the flavors will be weird or it will be overly sweet. Not really a diabetic friendly place for that reason. The food is okay as well but I haven't found a menu item that's worth telling someone they should try it.
At this particular location, the staff are okay and they do their job. I have yet to meet a friendly and helpful staff member. Most of them are college age staff. They aren't completely rude or incompetent but they also aren't inviting or don't suggest options. There's only been once or twice that I've had my order wrong out of the many times I've gone there. My own reason for going there that it's an easy location to stop by on the way to work but even then I mostly go to Starbucks.
I stop here every time I'm in town. Service is very fast, coffee is obviously great. Scones are my go-to. The food smell is not good though, I wish it smelled more like a coffee house and not a sandwich shop!
Service felt like I was inconveniencing the lady at the register. With a tip prompt of 18-25% as they stand in front of you. Won’t be going back.
I ordered a small coffee and when she handed it to me at the window I thought it felt light. Got home and almost half of it was foam, which had popped and left a little more than half a cup of coffee. I know lattes have foam on top but not THAT much, especially for what they cost these days. It was disappointing to say the least.

Dunn Bros in Bismarck has been one of my favorite coffee places for years. Recently, the experience of being handed a $4.50 DRIP COFFEE from someone who barely acknowledged my presence has changed my tune.

I’ve been a regular at Dunn Bros Coffee, but my recent visit left much to be desired. The prices have noticeably gone up, while both quality and service have taken a hit. I waited 15 minutes for a basic latte that was scalded and disappointing, especially since others who ordered after me got theirs promptly. They’ve replaced fresh avocado with a pre-packaged spread, which is a big downgrade. To top it off, my dine-in order arrived in a cardboard box, which felt both wasteful and unappealing. The card machine automatically suggests tips of 18-25%, which seems excessive for a coffee shop without table service. The noise level was so high that baristas had to shout to communicate. Overall, not worth the visit anymore.
