I ordered a small coffee and when she handed it to me at the window I thought it felt light. Got home and almost half of it was foam, which had popped and left a little more than half a cup of coffee. I know lattes have foam on top but not THAT much, especially for what they cost these days. It was disappointing to say the least.

I’ve been a regular at Dunn Bros Coffee, but my recent visit left much to be desired. The prices have noticeably gone up, while both quality and service have taken a hit. I waited 15 minutes for a basic latte that was scalded and disappointing, especially since others who ordered after me got theirs promptly. They’ve replaced fresh avocado with a pre-packaged spread, which is a big downgrade. To top it off, my dine-in order arrived in a cardboard box, which felt both wasteful and unappealing. The card machine automatically suggests tips of 18-25%, which seems excessive for a coffee shop without table service. The noise level was so high that baristas had to shout to communicate. Overall, not worth the visit anymore.

3rd time they have screwed up my order in last three visits and when I went to say something this time they gave me the sausage patty to put on myself. If I wanted to make my own sandwich, I would have done so from home and not paid (and tipped) you to do so. Take the loss in food cost and do it over, now I have greasy and burned fingers. Any Starbucks is a better choice, even the grody ones. This place is not worth the time.
