Delicious Cuban and Tripleta Sandwiches! These subs were HUGE and enough for 2 people. We also have ordered a custom grad party cake and it was beautiful and delicious.

Couldn't agree more, why so few reviews for this stellar bakery? We big time LOVE this place. I always try to get just one item for each of us, but before you know it, I am trying to buy pastries for the entire extended family.... because they are just that good! Flavors are robust and delightfully different. All of their items are beautiful. My husband savors the items we bring him and my daughters gobble up theirs as soon as we hit the car. I wish this place was in our town.

My friends and I stopped this morning and got some donuts and coffee. It is a small Puerto Rican bakery. We got the guava and cheese pastry, a key lime donut, a pineapple turnover, and a dulce de leche donut. All were very good. Definitely recommend stopping in as this place is a hidden gem and I am surprised to see only 1 review. This place definitely deserves a 4.5 rating or higher.

Too expensive for the amount of food that we got and both of our sandwiches had bearly any meat (we order a tripleta and a cubano)

Amazing food, highly recommended for anyone wanting authentic flavor.

Great sandwiches and fair to average doughnuts. Wish the menu was more descriptive with prices and flavors listed. For example one was banana and thought boston cream. The Cuban sandwich was great and large enough to share

The owner & chef were absolutely amazing. They cared about your experience. The food was some of the best food I’ve had in a long time, not to mention the large portions. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Cuban food with mostly pastries but also some great sandwiches. When we went we tried out some of their different sodas from coconut, to apple, to kola. We ordered the Cuban sandwich with pork, ham, mustard, \u0026 pickle on fresh bread which has been toasted. I'm not a huge fan of mustard, but could tell you it would taste great if you like mustard.

Really great sandwiches and amazing fresh pastries! The owner was super friendly and greeted us right as we walked in. He also took the time to describe the different sandwiches for us!

They have THE softest donuts. They weren't to sweet or over the top either. My child and I really enjoyed them and this place.

Best bakery in Bismarck hands down. Everything is made fresh from scratch, if you crave and miss tropical flavors, look no further. They have everything from simple Bavarian cream to guava and mango flavor! It's hard to choose but my favorite is the mango donut, a simple glazed donuts full of fresh mango filling, it's heaven! We met one of the employees of the bakery and he told us how they make sure to have quality ingredients and make sure nothing is old and stale. They also make Cuban and Puerto Rican sandwiches if you want something savory, he said to call him ahead of time so that we can have something fresh right when we eat. So thankful to have a diverse local business!
