Haven't had very crazy experiences besides one worker who started talking my ear off in the drive through which is the reason I come in the drive, so I don't have to have a conversation long and kind of annoying. “My wife grew up in Virginia with Hardee’s so whenever we travel we look for Hardee’s or Carl’s Jr for her beloved biscuits and gravy. She was excited to see there was one in Bismarck and the breakfast (I don’t eat biscuits and gravy) was great for both of us. Employees not only showed up for work on time (we routinely experience restaurants closed early morning when they’re supposed to be open) but the breakfast was hot and fresh and the restaurant was clean and as we ate the employees were all working hard to get the restaurant ready for the day! Refreshing to see doors unlocked upon the restaurant opening, friendly staff, hot and great food plus employees caring about getting the restaurant ready for the day! So happy to see their commitment to their jobs that I felt the need to leave a review. You guys are awesome and deserve it (direct quote from my wife) and we’ll be having breakfast again there tomorrow! Thanks for providing the extra mile and caring about your job and caring about your job enough to make my wife so happy that she insisted on this review.“

Parking: I wanted 2 large mocha moolattes, but I didn't know what to look for and the person I also got 1 for said that these weren't what I (we) wanted.“

“Never thought I'd leave a review for a McDonalds. Our office ordered a large breakfast this morning on the App. I went to pick it up through the drive-thru. The woman taking orders was super friendly. Went I got to the first window she greeted me by name with a huge smile. The gal at the next window was just as friendly. I had asked to add some sauces in the bag and she followed through with that as well. Order was perfect. Nicely packed in the bag and everything was fresh and good. AWESOME JOB to the staff today. ? You made our whole office happy!“
