Fireflour Pizzeria & Coffee Bar

I LOVE fireflour pizza. I've never eaten pizza so fresh! Well, I have, but its the freshest pizza I've ever gotten from a restaurant, so 5 stars on food. I dined in, and the place was nice. Th food was served quickly because they cooked it in an old style pizza oven. The atmosphere was like what you'd see in a lo budget cafe, fancy, cheap, and clean. The beverage are also nice. I've only been there once, but it introduced me to Mexican Coke, which I LOVE. Overall, it's amazing.

Dietary restrictions: If you can't eat cheese, there not ONLY coffee. I only got a pepperoni pizza, but ther ar other things on the menu.

Parking: It was extremely empty in the parking lot, mainly because it was extremely cold ou and people didn't want to get of their cars, so easy to park there.

Kid-friendliness: There's nothing innapropriate, and as a preteen, I highly recommend taking a family here for pizza night

There was a server error in our order so we didn't get our pizza for an hour by then we had to leave for our event HOWEVER, we took it to go and put it in the air fryer to warm it today just to say we at least tried the pizza and IT IS SO GOOD! We had the shrooms and tenderloin. CHEF'S KISS to the recipe and cook. Thumbs down to the server not paying attention. I bet the pizza would be even better straight from the oven and not as a left over *mad face eyerolll*. I'll overlook that human error and BE BACK! 😁

Both servers were really welcoming and friendly.

The pizza was prepared incredibly quickly and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The crust was perfect and the flavors were all really complimentary. We ordered the Daisy and the Tenderloin.

If you like Neapolitan Style Pizza… this won’t miss.

We got the pesto pizza with arugula and prosciutto and little star solid, both solid choices. Pizza was cooked well, the salad had a good amount of toppings and dressing, and finished the meal off with an affogato. Service was quick for a Friday, would definitely return if in the area.

Excellent food, good draft beer, and awesome dessert!

You know the story, local owned, unique restaurants make the best food? Fireflour puts proof to that. Wood fired in a traditional pizza oven, made fresh and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and quality. Very thin crust that has just the perfect amount of chew and yet has those delicious char spots a true wood fired pizza should!

Top notch pizza, and don’t forget the gelato!! I Love blood orange and finding that in a gelato was an extra treat.

This place was actually pretty good and a fair price for the area. I give it a low rating because they somehow got my email address (through my credit card?) and sent me a marketing email afterward, which really annoys me because I never gave them my email address…

Authentic and delicious italian pizza, backed in a stone ofen. Restaurant has nice interior and the staff is very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

We got delivery. EASILY the best pizza in Bismarck, and have some very good places. No idea how I have been sleeping on this place. New favorite.

Excellent fire baked pizza and nice strong Americano. This cute little place was worth the small divertiion from the highway for quality food and drink.
