We visited Bismarck a few weeks back and decided to try out this restaurant. I have celiac disease and am lactose intolerant, so finding pizza I can actually enjoy without getting sick is rare. This place absolutely blew me away! The pizza was incredible, with flavors that took me right back to the pizza I had while visiting Italy. Their gluten free crust is made from scratch and their vegetarian mozzarella was to die for. Literally put tears in my eyes.

Our waitress was amazing. She brought my son toy trains to play with and even gave us recommendations on fun places to take him in the area. We loved it so much, we came back again before heading home and the same wonderful waitress remembered my order off the top of her head! She truly was the best waitress with such a kind heart!

I can’t wait for my next trip to Bismarck so I can eat here again. Truly a 10/10 experience.

We are Canadian and were searching for a delicious gluten free pizza place to order from for dinner. Fireflour popped up on our google search, with their number of reviews and star rating we decided to give them a try. We ordered take out, one gluten free crust, one regular crust. Price was very expensive, $48.00 USD, which is highly expensive when you do the exchange, especially for two pizza's. Both pizza's lacked in flavour. Gluten pizza was disappointing, very little toppings, hardly any meat, crust was tough. The gluten free pizza, crust was burnt, crust was very tough, very little toppings. Have enjoyed other artisanal wood fired pizza's for less, do not recommend this establishment for take out. Maybe the atmosphere and service is what you pay for, not sure.

Had the Daisy pizza. It was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a very long time. Topped it off with a Nutella gelato. All of it was great. Staff was awesome.

The pizza crust is absolutely stunning. Chewy, blistered, light, but strong enough throughout to support a generous amount of sauce and toppings (which were also bomb)

The pizza was drop-dead delicious, with a soft but crunchy crust, and the salad was crisp and tasty. I loved the style here. The water in a wine glass and the interior building was very nice. Waitress reminded me of a classmate I had a while back, she was very kind and friendly to us. I liked that we could see the pizzas being cooked in front of us. Felt like home when my dad used to cook homemade pizzas in his oven. Great pizza!

Who would have thought, the BEST pizza I've ever eaten in the states, is in North Dakota!? Seriously. The only better I've had was actually IN Napoli! Good job Fireflour! I will go out of my way to visit you again.

No pizza by the slice...

Love Fireflour. Tonight was my first visit since having to go gluten free. My first couple trips when I was still eating gluten were great, so I had high hopes for their gluten free crust.

I’ll start by saying that finding a place that makes Neapolitan pizza and offers a gluten free crust is rare for Fireflour to offer a 12 inch is awesome. The crust has that Smokey char and thin texture, it’s awesome. The sauce and cheese are both a knockout. Even a basic like a Daisy is full of flavor. Got some tasty gelato on the way out.

The restaurant itself does an awesome job of walking the thin line between hipster / pretentious and just a nice dine out spot. The staff were all attentive and awesome. Speed of service was very fast.

Fireflour is an awesome spot for some yummy quick fancy pizza pies.
