As if the crust wasn't enough to get you here, the people and vibe is great. Especially during a beautifully bright spring day on their outdoor patio. Just like when I was in Naples, the pizze are perfectly sized and flavored with the correct ratios of sauce, toppings, and cheese. Make the Saucy vegan with local toppings and you'll be in that happy place. The crew is great and welcoming and deserves all the praise possible.

The pizza with egg on it was my favorite. The pizzas are in a standard italian style and more flavorful than a standard American pizza. I was a huge fan of the tenderloin pizza (the onewith egg) . The coffee, from my experience and from what my friends has the standard coffee taste to it if you're into that. The environment is pretty friendly and the gelato is alright too. Overall, a nice little small business addition to the Bismarck area.

Absolutely loved this place! It's so hard to find a place that serves healthier options without all the junk! The fact the pizza crust is fermented was what sold me to trying it when I was there. I live 3 hrs away and it was so good! I came for the pizza but I was a bit floored when I found out your coffee also had housemade vanilla bean syrup for the latte and it didn't have all the crappy stuff added to it. It was PERFECT. Not super sweet like most vanilla lattes out....
