Great service. Prompt service. Best salad bar I’ve had. It extends much farther than just a salad bar.
If you want to experience amazing barbecue, this place absolutely delivers. As a Brazilian, I can be pretty picky when it comes to churrasco, and Fogo de Chao truly impressed me. The meats are perfectly seasoned, tender, and carved right at the table the way authentic Brazilian steakhouses do it. The picanha and other prime cuts are easily some of the best steaks in town, juicy and cooked exactly the way they should be.

Fogão Gaúcho Brazilian Steakhouse Bismarck is a great place for a large group meal, a family gathering, or a cozy date night. The staff is incredible, polite, friendly, and easy to talk with, and the service is fast. The food is all cooked so perfectly, and the salad bar is amazing. The table side meat service is next to none. It’s a carnivore dream. The garlic beef is really loved, and the pineapple is delicious. The flavors are absolutely amazing. Drinks and deserts are great too. The price is extremely fair for what you are receiving. The entire experience is very entertaining with the servers bringing to your table a delectable selection of excellently roasted meats and other items. It is a must do if you are visiting Bismarck. No one would leave unsatisfied.
