It's ND law that Gift Cards never Expire. They wouldn't take my $20 gift card today at North Bismarck one so I left. I don't like their sandwiches(bread) anyway. I was only there to use up the gift card someone gave me so was going to try a salad.. Managers, inform your workers of ND law, and how to honor it. I brought it up to hum...but no go

I had the chicken bacon ranch sub, and it was delicious! The fries were also fresh and crunchy. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

So glad they changed their fries. SO MUCH BETTER! Thanks for good food and excellent service.

I recommend Grand junction grilled subs restaurants for the wonderful subs and service.

I always done in. The Philly sub is delectable. A great place to relax and enjoy the meal. My only suggestion would be for more frequent wiping down the tables. The last two times I was there I found all of the empty tables dirty and wiped them myself with water from soda machine or bathroom. I did not go at rush hours.

I have always liked this place up until today! Got the wrong sandwich and not the complete order. Called the store to inquire on the order, the manager was less than responsive. She stated I reviewed the video and you got the correct order. That was it no customer service. I am no longer a customer here!
Edit: After posting the review, the owner reached out . He did express concern regarding the above, he acted professionally and asked how it could be fixed . He showed good service with the call alone, because of his excellent customer service I will give them another try!

My family and I went inside to order the food for take out and the service by this guy no idea what his name was, but on the reciept it said Savannah.
He was absolutely disrespectful and so rude.
He kept telling us under his breath, small, regular, giant? But kept repeating himself and nothing he was saying was making any sense. We mentioned #1 regular size meal with fries.
My mom has not ordered here in awhile and I had to help her order the food and this guy was eye rolling and was getting annoyed.

The other two that were the cooks were eye rolling and rude as well.

No smiles, no happiness. The inside aisle was mopped and one side by the doors had caution sign but other side by the fountain machine did not. Chairs were on the tables as well.

I never had such a disappointment in service here. I guess I will be going to Mandan location.

Went cheap and changed to frozen fries not fresh. Was a diehard fan of this since Fargo but not worth the price anymore with cheap ingredients.

The sandwiches from here are amazing!!! I loved the bread. I am from a different state and the carbonated drinks taste off in some of the places and unfortunately this was one of them. But that is not something in their control. The staff was super friendly and the place seemed clean!

Ordered 2 subs and a large fries early this afternoon. The guy at the front counter had his Air-Pods in his ears and was clearly not at all happy we were interrupting his day with our visit.

After we told the guy our order, I gave him a buy-one-get-one sandwich coupon ( it had no expiration date on it).
The guy looked at the coupon and said, "I've never seen this before."

I told him they gave them out at local Larks Baseball games, to which the guy said again,
" Yeah, we'll I've never seen one."
And refused to accept it.

I'm not that upset about Grand Junction not taking the coupon, but maybe......

Don't give away coupons that you aren't going to accept, and a little better customer service would go a long way.

Grand Junction used to have the best fresh cut fries. They switched to fries that are no longer fresh cut. The new fries are horrible. Even the employees admit they don't like them. I guess I will never be going here again.
