I typically sit on the bar side. Service and food are both good. Head on in for a visit. You will not be disappointed.

Showed up to the Ground Round shortly after their opening time on Sunday and wasn't sure if they were even open. Zero cars in the lot, not even employee's vehicles... had to check the door to see if they were open or if there was any signs. Don't be fooled by an empty lot, they are probably open. The food was good and somewhat disappointing at the same time. I had the double elk burger, which although good, wasn't as gamey as I had wanted. Could have ordered a plain double hamburger and probably wouldn't of been able to tell the difference. Sorry, but if I order game meat I want it to be gamey. I will not order it again. My mom had ordered some french toast thing off the kids menu and got the pancakes meal instead... waitress was gracious and appologized, offered to fix the issue but mom didn't want a fuss and ate the pancakes. Other than the mix up, the service was good. This experience hasn't soured me from the Ground Round, but I don't know when I will return.

The service real bad , had to ask for virtually everything. We were asked by a loud voice two tables away if things were good at our table as we were finishing up. The food was terrible to be nice . The fries were cold The toast on my sandwich was barely toasted and limp with a skimpy spread of mayo that could hardly be seen or tasted. I asked for a side of mayo and was brought a tiny little portion that did not improve anything. Then last but not least we were pressured into leaving a eleven dollar tip for a subpar lunch that totaled almost sixty dollars before the undeserved tip described above. Ya, won't be back there anytime soon.

I was extremely pleased with the service of this restaurant. I was greeted immediately upon entering and the hostess was extremely welcoming/warm. My picture of my burger might be crude but it did not lack whatsoever in taste. It was delicious and cooked perfectly. The food was all hot and fresh/cooked to order. The service was quick and our server was extremely friendly. I would recommend Ground Round for lunch or dinner alone or with friends/family. I am from out of town and I was very happy with my experience. I got the haystack burger.
Would like some more variety of Apps, walleye fingers? Gluten free, and mini tacos, pretzels etc

Tried to place an order to pick up. Lady on the phone could not get her act together and sounded very annoyed for having to take a phone order. First she asked me to turn down the volume on my phone because apparently I was yelling in her ear… then she said she was gonna turn down her phone volume (which makes more sense) I asked for an appetiser and so she repeats every word in slow motion, once she’s done I proceed to continue the order and she yells at me “HOLD ON WAIT HOLD ON!!! Do you not want sauce? You want extra sauce? What?” - well, how about the sauce that is INCLUDED with it? Second item, she’s now saying words 10 seconds apart, almost as she couldn’t find ANYTHING on the computer, was she new? She sure sounded quite old so probably been there for a while. By the third item i just couldn’t deal with her attitude anymore and told her to cancel, went next door to Applebee’s 😉

The fact that you get a complimentary basket of movie theater popcorn when you dine here is a place I plan to return for that alone. Okay?! LOL 😁 That was different, and I really love movie theater popcorn! I decided to have the delicious and tasty Sizzling Fajitas from Tex Mex menu! This reminded me of a Tex Mex restaurant in North Jersey! The fountain Coke Zero was on point, too! The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive! I was impressed.
