2nd time I've been to this location, probably won't happen again. Jimmy johns is amazing and the sandwich maker is why it got 3 stars on service but the girl taking the order ( with what looked like she was more involved in a very drug oriented friend) was so far fetched that I had to go grab my sandwiches. Thankfully the man making the sandwiches offered me a bag and napkins.

I placed an order with Jimmy John’s at 4:17 PM—by 5:18 PM, it still hadn’t arrived. They didn’t even send it to Uber Eats until 45 minutes later, and when the driver finally got it, they drove right past my location to deliver another order first. So much for “freaky fast.”
To make it worse, I asked for a refund because I’m now unavailable to eat during my break—$20 completely wasted. Between the slow prep, poor coordination, and lack of urgency, this was a total failure in service. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again. Not only that it’s now 5:30 if this arrives I can’t even eat it due to food safety you know they had it made over 45 minutes ago………
Ordered my food at 530 n it's almost 8pm n I called they say it's out for delivery, I call an hour later.... Those sandwiches are not here so they must be out for delivery. Said I okay n hung up

Disgusting food safety. Employee touched the POS system then continued to make multiple sandwiches with the same gloves, which were already greasy so who knows how long he was wearing them.
The sandwich was a mess and the lettuce was soggy by the time I got to the office which was only about 10 minutes after getting my order.
Needless to say I won't be returning after wasting $10 on a sandwich I had to throw away. It's too bad because it's close to my office and I went regularly for lunch.
