They called when I asked for no raw tomatoes, to see if it was an actual allergy or just an aversion. That made them the most aware fast food place I've ever encountered, and I appreciate it more than you guys will ever likely know.

Food is good, but service is painfully slow. They only have 2 people making sandwiches and lots of customers waiting during lunch time. And other employees doing absolutely nothing. It’s freezing cold inside (winter) and the music is way too loud. I used the app to order, but waited inside for it to be ready. Took 40 minutes from order to getting my sandwich.

I just wanted to highlight my experience on my lunch break... I gracefully slipped on some ice outside and, while embarrassed, I wasn't hurt. A really nice gentleman came out immediately asking if I was ok and held the door for me despite them being busy with the lunch rush. Shoutout to this employee for being observant and polite. Your kindness doesn't go unnoticed!

I have always enjoyed Jimmy Johns subs. But when we stopped in today for lunch the cashier was very unpleasant. My husband & I both ordered one sandwich & out total was more than $21. We changed our minds and chose to eat elsewhere.

My husband and I decided to go through the drive through for a quick lunch. I’ve frequented this location quite a bit and it’s always kind of slow in the drive up but nothing like what happened today. We pull up and order and get in line. There are 3 vehicles ahead of us. Both the truck at the window and the van after it took a ridiculously long time. The truck in front of us pulled up and pulled away. We get to the window and a crudely written sign says the drive through is now closed. A worker pops her head out the window and says we can come in to be served. We had already ordered! I go in and get in line to see if the sandwiches are made and I can just pay but it becomes clear they must be busy making sandwiches for deliveries as receipt after receipt is pulled from the register. The person in front of me is told that they are out of a bunch of stuff and only have wheat bread. That’s when I decided to cut my losses and leave. Seriously do not take my order, have me get in line and wait for 20 minutes to be told to come inside and the expect me to wait even longer. I used up my entire lunch hour here with nothing to show for it.
