Came in around 2pm (was not busy) and start to finish- it was soo bad. First, the guy at the counter greeted us and then went outside and vaped while we stood there waiting to place our order for quite a few minutes. Then finding a table to sit at that was clean was not an option, literally EVERY table was dirty. Lowk hot ahhh they gave my brother frozen corn in his famous bowl and I got the Mac n cheese and it was cold too. The service we waited about 10 minutes and nobody else was here the server or whatever its called was outside vaping and he saw us waiting the whole area was dirty food all over the floor and tables.
Very disappointing experience. I waited at the drive-thru for a long time with no one answering, and I literally had to keep yelling just to get someone’s attention. There weren’t even customers, so I don’t understand the delay. When I finally got my order, it took way too long, and the whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely needs better customer service and faster response times.
