This used to be a nice place to hang out but seems to be going downhill. I really hope they innovate and keep trying to improve! I like the options they have for bread and bagels, but the sandwiches are always so inconsistent (the breakfast bagel sandwich I had today left a lot to be desired for almost a $10 sandwich). I used to meet a friend for coffee here years ago all the time, but now environment nor the seating arrangement feels welcoming, inviting, or comfortable at all....
I purchased a 16oz coffee and they had no sweeteners AVAILABLE, that is unheard of, other than that all's well, PLEASE make sure there's sweeteners AVAILABLE for your customers.
I usually get pretty good service and drinks from here, but I've ordered 3 different food items now and have been disappointed each time. Today for example. I paid $7.49 for a bagel with onion cream cheese, avocado, and sprouts. Well instead of saying they didn't have ripe avocados I got to crunch into grassy hard avocado and basically threw my entire $8 away because it was inedible. When it comes to coffee they do really well, but I don't think I'll be ordering...
