Service was wonderful and fast. Restaurant was very clean and tidy. Food was great, but the Tonkotsu ramen I had was a bit plain. The spice paste they use simply isn't spicy enough.

The spicy ramen was very good. The eggs, noodles, bean sprouts, and pork were all outstanding.

I've probably tried 6 or 7 ramen joints around North Dakota (Fargo, Grand Forks, and Bismarck), and this has been my favorite so far

Bismarck continues to surprise me, phenomenal Ramen restaurant in ND! Spring Rolls were crispy, hot and fresh, and were delicious as was the dipping sauce.

Ordered the Spicy Beef Ramen (Beef broth with Shoyu base and chili oil, braised beef brisket, a tender beef back rib, shredded radish, cilantro, chopped onions, chili oil and a wedge of lime).
