Off Broadway Bar & Grill offers a mixed dining experience according to recent reviews. While some enjoyed the delightful service and top-notch food, with perfectly cooked burgers and steaks, others found the food to be lacking in flavor, such as the rotisserie chicken. The cozy atmosphere under condominiums adds to its unique charm. The menu includes options like fish and chips and Cajun pasta, with varying levels of spiciness and flavor. Despite some mixed reviews on the food, the bar has a decent selection and friendly bartenders. It's a place worth trying for a meal when in Bismarck, with the hope of finding a dish that suits your taste.
