They said 30 minutes then an hour and a half later I call to see about my order. They had to cancel it. They said no reason just they canceled it. No call. Now it’s to late to get food in town but I guess this is why people complain about the new way of things

Papa Johns has really improved their wings over the last few years. I ordered well done on my bone-in, and they were made correctly! The boneless wings are actual white meat, with good sauce. The pizza was good as well. Overall, fresh and properly made with decent service.

Ordered 3 hours in advance and food was ment to be delivered. But they never delivered it and the reason was they were too busy. But when we went to go pick it up the store was empty and employees were standing around doing nothing. Then they refused to waive the delivery fee after we went and picked it up. It's a scam I do not advise ordering from here.

I ordered delivery for this store and was disappointed that instead of having it delivered by the store they gave it to DoorDash. The pizza arrived late and lukewarm at best. When you have starving kids it’s not what you want to deal with.

In and out in a matter of .minutes if you order ahead of time.
Usually have great pizza but when my order was made differently than what I ordered online the person working at the store argued about how he made it and was argumentative saying he was correct and that I made the mistake. Very unprofessional.

I will never order from here again. They will steal your money on deliveries. I placed an order late evening on 9.21.24. The delivery driver called and said he couldn't find my residence and so was taking the order back to the store. I asked him to refund my order of $59.33. I check my account and they never cancelled my order or refunded me. These people are crooks and should be embarrassed they have to steal from their own customers because they are incompetent at delivering pizzas. If you can't do this job I have some bad news for you, you'll never be able to amount to anything in this life and you'll be working as a delivery driver your whole life or since you can't even do that right you should be fired and only job left that will give you a chance is a job that requires you to clean up crap with your hands. If you do order from here don't say I didn't warn you.

Busy store for the time of day. Another gentleman ahead of me was passed over twice before he had a chance to pick up his order, and so I could pick up my own. The ventilation ducts in the ceiling had fluffy insulation exposed in several locations throughout the store, above food prep positions. When I finally did get to pick up my order, it was expectedly incomplete, and, when I got it home, wished I still had access to the MAFB Papa John's. I ordered two papadias; I've never seen them that thin before. Might be time to find another pizza option...
