Just not worth it. Wish I would have read reviews before trying. Go to grand junction instead. No seasoning on the meat, the smallest amount of cheese (like one bite), and it was dry. The fries were fine.

Our 1st time trying this place. So so disappointed. The bun is amazingly flavorless. Cheesesauce is pretty much nonexistent so not sure of flavor. Got a lot of fries but very little cheesesteak. Had no problem spending the money, if it had been worth it. One and done with this restaurant!

Where should I even begin… When I tried to call this company, it was like trying to speak with overseas IT department. The man on the phone just sounded like a robot. The location is nearly impossible to find. And once you do find it in Peacock Alley, there is no signage indicating on where to pick up your order other than the one DoorDash sign peeking behind a stack of cardboard boxes. The surrounding staff were rude and of no help when trying to find the location of Pardon my Cheesesteak. Once receiving the food 30 minutes after my order was said to be ready, the drive home was rancid to say the least. Now to the worst part. The food had a very pungent odor. It was a cross between fry grease and roadkill. Which was VERY unappetizing. The bucket of frys are massive which is nice for the price but just like a previous review said 3 months ago, the cheese and meat were scarce compared to the plain & stale tasting frys, obviously nothing has changed there since. The sandwiches were wrapped in a grease soaked parchment paper, hardly appealing to the eyes. Upon opening said Philly, it was to much disappointment, the lack of cheese, sauce, veggies, and a soggy bun. There was one last sense to appeal to, taste. At this point I was rather hesitant due to the possibility of food poisoning, but I was hungry and the food was expensive. I took the fateful bite, the meat was dry. To nobody’s surprise it was just as putrid as it smelled. This was no Philly, this was glorified fecal matter wrapped in a to-go bag. This is the first and last time my monies will be spent at this place. The lack of customer service, the lack of direction, and the lack of anything quality controlled related was next to none. The smell in my dwelling is currently overwhelming and the garbage that this food filled will need to be taken out tonight. Now I sit here. Empty wallet and empty stomach. P.S. the picture attached is the definition of “A Sack Full of Shit”.
convinced this place isn’t real… tried to order many times, and the orders get cancelled because “the kitchen is closed”. there is no local number, someone from a different state answers after an options menu. tried to drive by the place, it’s an empty lot.
Overall just soggy and kinda lacking in flavor. I’d eat it again if I was drunk and it was free.
I so wanted to LOVE this place and their food. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and the loaded fries (cheesesteak fries) not knowing what to expect exactly. I was a bit baffled that fries would cost more than a sandwich. But, now I get it! Those fries (crinkle cut), arrive in a BUCKET! It's actually a pretty decent amount of fries! But, that is where the pleasure ended. The meat and cheese were very disproportionate to the massive amount of fries and because that little bit of goodness was lightly poured/sprinkled right on top, there was a whole bucket of fries that were simply left plain and not enough topping to penetrate the top layer. The sandwich had a PERFECT grilled crispiness to it but again, was very small in size (for the price) and there was next to no cheese on it at all. Overall, it tasted very dry and left me with a sadness that can only be compared to dropping your ice cream on the pavement in 100 degree heat, only to be left with a stale cone and nothing to wash it down with. $21.50 is a hefty price for a sandwich and fries. I wish I could say it was worth it.
Some of my order was missing and they could not issue me a refund. The other food was good but it would've been nice having the rest. When I called about the missing item they told me they couldn't issue me a refund for missing food.
