Our first time there,we went later so it was quiet. Our service was excellent our apps and food came out at a good pace! Drinks were delicious and the food was hot! Couldn't ask for more!

I was not impressed by my experience here. Our waitress was not very friendly and made us feel rushed despite it not being very busy. The food was pretty bad for the prices. I got a salad with salmon which was not good. There was very little salmon, and what there was, was not very high quality. Probably the worst I’ve had. We also got a sirloin steak, which was a little too salty. While the food was edible, that shouldn’t be the goal.

First of all the host just looked at me and walked to another room. I flagged a kitchen person who took me to the host and he just waved his hands at me to sit anywhere- didn’t give a menu. Waitress then asked me in sn awful tone if I wanted to eat there- I said yes. She brought back the menu and tossed/slid it to me. She never came back, I wave to her, called to her and she clearly was ignoring me. She stood at the bar, two arms lengths. There were only 2 tables with people, otherwise it was empty. I don’t have 3 heads but am a single female…put that together

Our server seemed quite annoyed that we existed and argued with us about a flat soda rather than ask if she could fix it. Rather surprising and kind of rude.

I have to be honest , could be great here but as soon as we walked into the restaurant and went to the dining room portion we had to pass the bathroom and there was a sewage issue happening w the smell .... Got to table got menu , ordered and the waitress came back to tell us that they had give us an old menu and what we ordered wasn't on the new menu (which was the same menu we had just didn't include chicken) ....i told the waitress just bring whatever they started making already (to now waste food) and we got our app - salad, flatbread and spinach artichoke dip .... Was not good , something was wrong w the dip for sure ... the flatbread was ok .... We got our check which was $77 which was outrageous for having apps only in this place ... oh and I have to mention - this was an old hotel which was why I picked it thinking it would be a cool historic place , instead found out they turned it into a Assisted living home ! So the restaurant is still there but the residents are just hanging around outside the windows smoking and in their walkers and wheelchairs - all looked homeless in dirty clothes - we paid and left and went directly across street to FireFlour which was a brick oven pizza place - it was lovely - food was great and had wines and beers just wayy better ! Go there instead!

When we showed up we were seated and served right away. Maybe it was just an off day but the food fell a little flat we got pasta and two appetizers (1 as a meal). Our server did end up taking care of the pasta because the chicken was extremely chewy. She mentioned they didn't have a manager but that it wasn't a problem she would handle it. We were only in town for the weekend and I hadn't been in since 2019. The decor holds so much history and I've always loved the glass windows. Like I said hopefully it was a one off thing.

I had the tortellini dish with pesto and mushrooms. I found the dish to be a bit bland. Service and the place were excellent and very clean.
