Great food and service. We went early before 5 and it was busy! Already? It was wing night…just a little noisy but the food was great and fresh. Love the chicken and cactus bread. It was our anniversary today. Husband asked you want to go to dinner. Sure Pizza Ranch.
Buffet was fresh with many choices for the salad bar. Hot mashed potatoes and gravy. Chicken was seasoned well and crispy. Pizza was delicious, tried the taco pizza and pepperoni pizza with green olives. Restaurant was clean.

And to ask where my pizza was after a half hour. Had the number sitting on the corner right by the plate and silverware. Must of been 5 different people restocking everything. It was now 30 minutes before closing most all of them looked at me and no way they didn’t see the number. Not one person came to ask what I was waiting for. I had to jump them. Stupid question was my answer. When did you order it. When I got there. And they gave me a number.

I recently visited this Pizza Ranch with my daughter and two grandchildren while we were in town from Fargo. As soon as we walked in, I commented to my daughter that, unlike other locations, it didn’t look like someone had smeared a chicken leg all over the windows!
Once inside, we found our table and visited the buffet—and I was absolutely blown away by how clean everything was. We have dined at other Pizza Ranches, and have never experienced anything anywhere near as spotless as the Bismarck location.
I even took a moment to speak with the manager to let him know how impressed we were. Thank you, Bismarck Pizza Ranch, for such a pleasant and refreshing dining experience. Keep up the great work—it’s truly appreciated!
