Food is a little bland for my liking, but I have dialed in the seasoning on the back end. This is a good way for a busy person like me to eat good food in reasonable portions. This can be a program, or just keep a few around for a night when you get in a pinch.

I love Power Plate Meals!!The food is alway amazing, and it’s very easy and convenient to get meals. They have in-store shopping, in-store pick up, online shopping, delivery and meal subscriptions.There’s always something different to chose from, as their menu changes every 2 weeks, and I never get bored with the food options.I really enjoy that they put the nutrition info and ingredients directly on the container, as well as the calories & macros, and I enjoy that the lid is see through and you’re able to see exactly what you’re getting!
Vegetarian options: There’s a vegetarian option (plant based) on their menu every week!
Kid-friendliness: A lot of meal options available that kids would enjoy like Mac & Cheese, French toast, and burrito bowls. Kid friendly snacks & drinks available too!
Parking: Large parking lot, store front parking and ramps.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking in front of the store.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free, dairy free, vegan & vegetarian options. They also do lower sodium & lower carb options as well.

I am officially done with Power Plate. I found a bone in the meatloaf and the chicken is tough and has gristle in it. They’re definitely not getting their meat from a quality source. Too bad. The concept is good.

Most meals have too meany carbs for the healthy label for me. The meats were dry and not very creative. Also very annoying sell on some reward program. Not much difference between these meals and frozen meals from a grocery store.
