Great spot with a few but delicious vegan options. For breakfast, I kept it simple with the oatmeal and added vegan protein powder and it was good. Could've used a bit more cinnamon or some other spice to kick it up a notch. I think they excellent in their savory options like the plant based power bowl or wrap which I would definitely order next time. Still, can't be mad that I'm able to get a good-quality and high protein meal for breakfast in Bismarck!

First off, I am thankful a place like this exists for more healthy options for nourishment. The avocado toast was okay and better with a dash of hot sauce. The vegan pancakes were okay as well. The açaí bowl had a different taste than others I’ve had. They probably put protein powder in the smoothie part and I missed it in the description. No one was wiping the tables. It was mostly a young staff and I don’t think they thought of wiping the tables.

Great place to stop if you need a good high protein bite to eat. I like the variety and options you get when you build your own Bowl. If you get the "swole" version it comes with a lot of meat and is very filling. I got the grass-fed beef and the flavor was amazing! Very tender and delicious. The only negative is it's a little pricey, but if you're trying to eat healthy that's hard to avoid these days. Keep fighting the good fight! Highly recommended!
