Great spot with a few but delicious vegan options. For breakfast, I kept it simple with the oatmeal and added vegan protein powder and it was good. Could've used a bit more cinnamon or some other spice to kick it up a notch. I think they excellent in their savory options like the plant based power bowl or wrap which I would definitely order next time. Still, can't be mad that I'm able to get a good-quality and high protein meal for breakfast in Bismarck!

What really stood out was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, got to know me over time, and always greeted me with a smile. By the time I left, they even wished me luck on the next part of my journey, which really meant a lot.
