The food is always good and the service is ok. But checking out after eating is a pain. Never enough cashiers. Last week one man got tired of waiting and walked out without paying.
We were in Bismarck, ND from Canada and Cracker Barrel is always a must stop for us! Food is always great and the gift shop is always amazing! Customer service was top notch as always!
Usually come to Cracker Barrel for the food and definitely will be returning because of the service. Our server, Toni, was amazing and one of the friendliest people I have ever met. Best customer service my family and I have had in a long time! Thank you Toni!
