Went in today and tried the hot and sweet chicken in a burrito, so good!
Put in online order for 11:05 pick up, went to location door is locked, phone is off the hook, no one came out until 11:30 to ask for mobile orders, brought out other orders but not my order. Was finally able to go inside and food was sitting on counter. Employees were screaming at each other behind the counter when I walked in. Finally got food at 11:45
We use to love Qdoba, sadly it has gone very downhill. It's very messy and unorganized. The staff aprons and clothes are covered in a mess of foods. The counters are very messy and good containers mostly empty. Poor customer service and presentation. :(
