Disappointing and Dirty Experience
I visited QDOBA around 6:30 pm on 10/27/24, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had there. The restaurant was incredibly dirty—food was spilled all over the counter where they prepare the food, and there were flies buzzing all around. I imagine flies were doing the salsa dance in the salsas. The kitchen looked just as unkempt, which made me question the cleanliness of the food.
On top of that, many of the ingredients were almost empty, and I received the smallest little half scoops of everything. I ordered two burrito bowls, but the staff gave me tiny half-scoops of everything. I asked for fajita veggies and they said they were out. Personally, I think they were too lazy to make more food for the day, therefore, I got tiny little half scoops of ingredients. Seriously, my bowl was so tiny it was ridiculous. My wife was shocked at the size of her bowl when I brought it home. I even microwaved the food to ease my worries about cleanliness to hopefully kill any fly germs.
I believe the person who helped me was the manager, but maybe I am wrong, but the employee should have been wearing a beard net while preparing the food but was not. The employee was unfriendly, seemed like he didn't want to help me, and seemed lazy. I can see why the restsurant is so filthy inside when the manager has no care about personal cleanliness or for customers. He also ripped me off by giving me little tiny half scoops of food because he didn't want to make more.
I don't know why I paid and why I didn't just walk out. I should have just gone somewhere else. What a waste of money. Can't believe I ate someplace that was so filthy either.
This visit was the last straw. While I’ve had a few bad experiences here before recently, the quality has declined sharply. Spending over $20 on this tiny meal was a big waste, and I’ll be choosing other options, like Pancheros, which is consistently clean and generous with portions.
Qudoba needs to shut down, or get new management ASAP.

Service was fine but the product was poor. Rice was underdone, chicken tendons, tasted like a pile of salt, and my burrito fell apart right away. I have had good experiences in the past but this time was a total let down.

Epicness! The burrito I ordered was huge compared to taco johns and taco bell. The guy who took my order knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this over taco johns and taco bell. All fresh produce and no dried up garbage food. I'm completely blown away by how much they had improved. Best service ever.

I really used to like this place. Covid screwed it up somehow. I just ate there and they were out of the grilled vegies at 11 am. HOW is that possible? No napkins to be seen to clean myself up after eating. The workers seem to have good attitudes and are friendly but the place is not what it used to be.

Staff was not very friendly. Food was subpar. Meat was cold, lettuce wilty, and worker seemed upset to have customers. Probably don’t stop here if you’re really craving good qdoba. This ain’t it.

We pulled into the parking lot 10 minutes before closing and before we could even get out of the car the workers turned the lights off. If you say are open until 10, you better be open until 10. If you want to be closed at 9:30 then put that on your business instead. Taco john’s served us just fine!

The worst qdub. Staff were yelling across the restaurant to each other. Stood in a small line for way too long. Server was rude. Portions were small. I almost walked out. Go somewhere else.

This is the best Qdoba I have ever been to! My wife and I stopped in twice while we were in town. Both times the employees were fast and friendly while helping us. They made HUGE burrito bowls! The place was clean on top of that. We will be stopping by again next time we’re in town.

Great customer service great food but had to take food to my car as it was so hot in there. Don't know how you expect your employees to work in that heat and still remain positive. Manager was working hard trying to get other employees to do there job. Small young girl is great also with a great attitude besides you could tell both were sick and very hot. They are still doing the best that they can!!!
Maybe get some air going in there for your employees

These folks are great and double wrapped my burrito, so it would not leak all over my luggage when I went to the airport. Thank you.
