Came in with high expectations based on reviews. Very disappointed with quality of the food and service.We shared an order of onion rings and I had the Sazon burger while husband had cheeseburger. The onion rings were partially raw and doughy and greasy. They were delivered to our table without our burgers. About 5 minutes later, our burgers were placed in the pickup window but our server never picked them up for another 5 minutes. We could actually see the Burgers in the pickup window from our booth. Once we got the burgers, mine had an off taste as if the meat was old or they had grilled it on a dirty grill. Not sure which. In addition they were now cold.The restaurant was almost deserted since it was midafternoon. (3 p.m.) This should have provided us with timely service, but unfortunately our server seemed to not care about providing us with our food timely or providing us with our bill.We will not be back.

Spendy place to eat to leave hungry and unsatisfied. The Torta California sandwich had more avocado and onion than meat on it. For $17 I would expect more than bread and vegetables with a dried up piece of meat on the bottom. My girlfriend was not thrilled with her omelette either, as it tasted "off" and "bad." Appetizer was good but cold and came out a minute before our meal. Service was alright.

I am obsessed with Sazón it is one of my favorite places to go! The cheese curds and tacos!! It's all SOOO good. My kids love the sushi rolls. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I always have great service! We sat in Ian's section tonight and he did a phenomenal job!!

For my taste I don't see much variety of food but the food is delicious, we didn't like the guacamole and the drinks should change the machine because the truth is that they taste bad they don't have any soda you ask for a sprite and it looks like water.

Shared a basket of fries.It was National Marguerita day! ?The Mango Habanero was really good.Sweet with a nice peppery kick.Impressive and welcoming exterior.Be sure to stop and look at the metal art bull on the way in or out. Very unique and creative.Thanks Sazon staff.A special thanks and shout out to the chef's ??????in the kitchen who are seldom seen.Amazing food and service.We will return!Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent accessible parking sports. I ordered the cheeseburger and fries. Burger was great, but the fries tasted like corn. I brought this to the managers attention with longer dark hair. He seemed extremely annoyed of my presence before I even explained to him my issue. Once I did he got extremely defensive and said nobody has ever complained about this before. I asked if the fries were cooked with tortilla chips and he obnoxiously said “probably”. He did offer to remake it, without addressing the root cause of the issue so I declined having it remade as it would be a waste of time. Especially when he seemed to be more focused on making my concern invalid. Another one of the managers Jose, came over to me and he was more cordial and understanding. I wish I spoke with Jose the first time about this issue because maybe I would’ve had a better experience overall.
