Always friendly and helpful!!! Never had a bad drink or experience here and we visit Starbucks a lot! By far our favorite! John the barista helped us decide by giving samples of the newest drink. Great customer service!

Starbucks Coffee Company is a favorite location in town for many, often topping other area stores. The baristas are consistently noted as super friendly, always in a good mood, and providing excellent service, particularly at the drive-through window where they are helpful and engaging. Popular drinks include the wonderful, though tiny, Brown Sugar Cortado, the delicious iced caramel macchiato, and well-made cold brew. The food and beverages are generally received very well.
However, a few consistent issues are noted. The store does not follow the official Starbucks refill policy for drinks like the cortado, requiring clarification from headquarters. Another occasional problem is with the mobile app, which inaccurately shows items in stock that are later found to be sold out at the store. A minor note on drink preparation is that some beverages, like the iced caramel macchiato, may not be stirred well enough. Despite these small issues, customers are really happy with this Starbucks and plan to return.
