This is my favorite Starbucks in Bismarck because of the workers there. They take the time to get to know their regulars and have my drink order down. Shout out to Hannah and Bridget specifically, because they're always so friendly and they keep me coming back to this location.
as for the complaints, coffee shops are generally smaller spaces....you don't go there to eat a five course meal. usually any discrepancy in order, the staff has always offered up the correct (or wrongly described or wrongly heard item) item at no charge or reimbursed the difference, in my experience anyways.......anywhere.
Okay, Starbucks now have no originality and project nothing but corporate banality, but at least this one demonstrated something a little out of the ordinary: sparseness. \n\nAnd despite your feelings on an environment that resembles a school cafeteria, it is something different and a tad refreshing.
