Great atmosphere, and fast amazing service! Employees do their best to make it right just ask nicely :), ignore the the negative reviews half of them are just coffee snobs who are overly picky about their coffee, I wouldn’t hesitate to stop here for a quick coffee ☕️

Out of the local Starbucks in this area, this one was the most relaxing one. I was able to do things without it being noisy. At times I would have to wait a long period of time waiting for my order. But due to the menu changes and harder times ordering over the phone. I wanted to make sure this was my final Starbucks stop before closing my account after 18 years.

The employee who came in at 4:30am and was still there at 3 deserves a raise. They were working as fast as they could. 2 other workers there, totally get short staffed. But ignoring the lobby and a guest at the counter for over 5 minutes. Didn’t say a word to us… if you can’t man the inside and drive up, close the inside and put up a sign. Don’t make people wait and ignore them. The Starbucks in Cheyenne has had to close the lobby for short staff. It happens, but ignoring guests in a lobby like they don’t exist is poor customer service. We finally gave up and left.

Starbuck's coffees are very delicious, the service is good, but you have to wait a little because of the demand and because they make your coffee on the spot... there are pastries to accompany the coffee, most of which are very sweet for me, but there are a lot of them. people who like chocolates, especially

The service at this store is horrible. I ordered my drink via the app at 10:10. The app stated it would be ready at 10:40. I showed up at 10:45, and they had not even started my order. They had turned off order ahead because they got busy but still should have honored the ahead orders from before they shut them off.

I took my grandma to get her birthday drink, we were so excited but when entering there was no sign or visible cash register and we felt invisible ( by invisible we mean no one acknowledged us ) and we were also the only ones in the store, no one seemed to care what people were really doing, far from that the drinks were very good and the place was nice and clean and mopped right when we came in, but also the guy taking our order was very confusing, couldn’t understand him, and wasn’t very helpful or friendly. Definitely never going here ever again.

They have call ahead orders too so there sometimes is a little wait. Over all I like the drinks, food and the sales prices on stuff like Christmas or out of season shopping.
