Ordered online. Did not receive a drink in my order. When I told them they put another order in, 40 minutes later, I still didn’t get my previously ordered drink. I went up to ask for refund and tell them how long I have been waiting and was met by rude responses that they are busy and cannot control people taking the wrong drinks. No apologies just rude excuses.

I could tell the staff was busy but no excuse. We ordered 2 strawberry acai’s and both were made incorrectly and had no added dried strawberries like they are supposed to. We brought this to their attention and they just laughed. I ordered a white hot chocolate for myself and she said a white mocha? I said no I can not have caffeine a white hot chocolate. She gave me a white mocha.. Interesting establishment with snotty girls.

The coffee and breakfast foods here were good, and the service was great. It's not super dead quiet here, but quiet enough you can hear yourself think. I personally, and I am not discrediting you as you are a great store, sell great items and have friendly staff, but I prefer caribou coffee. I will be back, though!

Came to Bismarck for work for a week and came to this Starbucks every day. Despite them being busy they were pretty quick and Haley was so great! She remembered our orders and was so nice. Definitely will come back when in town next!

I only used the drive thru at this location. I was here for 2 weeks for work. A lot of people use the drive thru for mobile orders here, way more than the 100s of other Starbucks I have been to. So, it makes the line move very quickly. Most mornings was 1 car. The days there was a lot I waited less than I would have at a normal starbucks on any given day. Very efficient. Never made a mistake with my drink and it was very consistent every day.
Good starbucks, friendly staff. However absolutely do not drive in here with a large vehicle or trailer/rv. You will get trapped! You cannot just drive around the building. There really should be a sign at entry for no trailers or oversize vehicles

My usual order—a medium Pike—is always made exactly how I like it, and when I’ve tried seasonal items or new featured drinks, the baristas take the time to recommend great options and make sure I’m satisfied. They’re efficient without making you feel rushed, and I’ve rarely waited more than a few minutes, even when the line is long.
The environment is ideal for everything—from grabbing a quick coffee to working for a few hours. Comfortable seating, music at just the right volume, and a pleasant aroma of fresh coffee make it a great place to be. It’s clear that the partners here take pride in their work and care about the customer experience.
Starbucks continues to raise the bar on consistency, quality, and human connection. I’ll absolutely keep coming back—and recommending it to friends and family.
