Every time I go to Steep Me A Cup of Tea, the owners are there with a smile on their face and remember my order every time, even if it's months between visits! You cannot beat Steep Me's personal touch, and the fact that they have excellent tea (both hot and cold) and so many different varieties, it's a place you have to visit.

Wonderful, as to be expected. But today I was helped by the kindest soul ever. Found me what I needed last minute. Made me a really good tea. Told me his name twice and I still can't remember it lol.I may not shop often but I'll never get my tea anywhere else.

I was not able to reply to the stores reply to my last comment I know that there were no testers for the oils but there were testers for others things there was no factory seal on the product such as plastic around the top or a little plastic ring that would be on a soda bottle when I opened it up it was as easy as opening an already opened water bottle I was in no way rude when I contacted I said that I was forced to buy the two bottles of product when I was not informed or given any information about store policy until it was too late, when I had asked about it on the phone she said and I quote that’s just how it is, have a great day, and then hung up. I was not rude to her at all and almost broke into tears after hearing this I am a college student who does not have much money as it is and had to pay 71$ for essential oils that I didn’t want to buy, they smell atrocious and wanted to smell them to know if I wanted to buy them as you can see in the photos there is no factory seal on these bottles if there was when I went in to the store they weren’t there. I was not given any prior information and didn’t think that I needed to ask about smelling a product that requires you to smell it to determine whether or not you want it. I am deeply upset and disappointed and will never be bringing by business here ever again.

I briefly went inside to see what decaf tea options they had. They have many kinds, however, they are extremely over priced for loose leaf teas. The staff working that day felt like they were hovering over me the entire time I was browsing, and left me with an uneasy feeling so I left the store. I would not recommend going to this tea store, and just go somewhere else or order online from a different site.

I walked in to look at some tea. I have been looking for some earl grey lavender and it was over priced. The staff was also looming over me and it was very off putting. Most likely will buy online and recommend others to do the same.

This store doesn’t deserve any stars but I have to give at least 1 to post this review. there were no signs in the store specifying wether or not you can open and smell the essential oils I made the mistake of smelling them (to see if you would like the smell or if I wanted to buy them) and was told by a lady that I needed to pay for them when I opened them, after that I called the store and was told that that’s the way it is and it doesn’t matter that there is a sign or not. I believe this is unethical and ridiculous I am out 70 dollars now for something that I really didn’t want to buy but I just wanted to smell. I do not believe that this is fair and makes me extremely upset

I came in for the first time today, and this will likely be my last time as well. The lady that greeted me was kind and very approachable however there was a man at the counter talking politics with what I would assume were customers. Frankly overhearing his conversation I was uncomfortable and felt like he would have been judging me. Finding out some of the beliefs he held made me question if both employees held those beliefs about others and I don’t feel comfortable further supporting a business that holds those beliefs. Next time I’ll get my tea somewhere else for cheaper from a place of business that doesn’t make me feel looked down on before I’ve even checked out.

I absolutely love this shop! I order from them pretty regularly on DoorDash. I finally found the location in town. I forgot the young lady name (i came in on Friday 4/29 @3:15pm) but she was Soooooo nice and her customer service skills are ON POINT! She is very informed with the products and what they do. Along with what to recommend for you.I absolutely loved it!I bought and drink and some herbs for the diabetic tea.It’s rare i receive this type of service in town (being treated like a human) so they now have a loyal customer FOR LIFE!!!Also try their PINK DRINK! Especially if you’re under the weather! Soo good!

Incredible service! Came with a friend and as soon as we walked in the shop owners were friendly and gave us their full attention. They make all of their own tea, and it all has the Pride of ND label. We talked about how their tea is made, the different types that provide health benefits, and when we talked about some concerns, they gave us a free bottle! Perfect local place to buy tea, and the drinks you can order are so good! Organic and sugar free - delicious! Plus it’s super cute ;)
