I went to the Bismarck, ND location today 12/6/2025. I order a med well done sirloin. The first one comes out well done and tough. The manager brought the second one 15 minutes later, again well done. The third one came out in a box so they made it quite clear they wanted me out of there. Our waitress came out and cleared our table of dishes and drinks before we had finished. The kicker was that we paid full price (no discount) for our substandard meal.
