This place is a changes based on the day and hour. Local dive bar by day, bingo hall at 6pm. Sports bar after and a club Friday and Saturday night. One of the best locations to meet for a fun night due to it's proximity to the Event/Civic center, main Street, hotels and more.

The Elbow Room is a popular spot for a night out and is known as Bismarck’s oldest dive bar. With excellent service, visitors feel welcome. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, perfect for enjoying a meal or catching up with friends. While the bartender may take some time to warm up, the staff, including a fantastic server named Abby, enhances the overall experience.
The restaurant shows every NFL game and serves a variety of drinks, making it a great spot to watch a game or just hang out. They offer amazing food, including the French dip, which melts in the mouth, and thick, crispy bacon on the Roundhouse Kick burger— a 1/3 lb burger topped with cream cheese, jalapeños, raspberry jalapeño sauce, and candied jalapeños. The wings are also highly recommended, as they are incredible.
In addition to the food, there is gambling, a pool table, and many big-screen TVs, making it a lively venue for all.
