Ordered a royal strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Took it home. Had to have it in the freezer a bit, since it was melting by the time they gave it to me. Clearly training a new kid. I got a few bites into the blizzard and I realize that there are absolutely no strawberries. I go in to complain, and they tell me there is nothing they can do. I ate “too much” of the blizzard. How am I supposed to know there are zero strawberries unless I have a few bites first? Keep in mind that the royal cheesecake blizzard is supposed to be filled in the middle with strawberry pieces. Obviously I didn’t eat half the blizzard. Half the blizzard wasn’t there to begin with. They could clearly see that there were no strawberries in my STRAWBERRY cheesecake blizzard. They wouldn’t even give me a side of strawberries to make up for it. I didn’t ask for a new one, just wanted my strawberries. Practically seven bucks for ice cream and they can’t even do the basic, decent thing and give me a hand full of strawberry pieces. How is this acceptable? Train those kids better. I have better things to do with my money.

This was the worst DQ I’ve ever been in. The young teen girl running the window helped us at the counter and she had such a big attitude!! My chicken and gravy were cold and when I asked to have them heated back up, she rolled her eyes at me. Maybe train the workers to keep the attitudes in check. She was so rude to the counter worker as well!

I ordered a number 9 combo meal. And they did not give me a drinks with my combo. Town DQ can't compared with Fargo DQ services.

Bottineau DQ is the worst around. I ordered food. Didn't get what I ordered. Went over there. They apparently didn't ring me up for what I ordered. Instead of saying that, they proceeded to tell me I didn't order that. I know what I ordered. Who ever works up front on register and ice cream should not be interacting with customers as they have no customer service skills. Considering we are opening a buisness right next door, they lost out on a lot of buisness. I'll be sure to spread the word and not give them our buisness. Small town word travels.
Ordered a monster truck snickers blizzard cake for my son’s 10th birthday and it turned out amazing! Thank you!

Food is decent, best burger deal in town. Cheeseburger, fries, sundae, and soda $7. But needs cleaning every day- the glass doors into the store are gross as are the windows. Should be a daily task at minimum. Dirty outside, pick up the trash! Time for some paint outside on rusty railings- make it look better!

The staff is very rude. We are new in the city and we still don't pronounce well, the lady serving us was making fun of our pronunciation. I do not recommend it.
