I visit this drive in mostly because it's the only drive inn on the lake. And my kids like ice cream. However, the service here with the most recent owner has gone drastically down hill. They are SO BUSY (HOW??? No other drive inn). It's easy to deep fry garbage food and serve soft serve. It's not so easy to make an excellent burger. They put the mushy velveeta cheese on the BOTTOM of the meat (AGAIN WHY?) on a dry non-toasted bun. Their pizza burger is a horrid concoction of pizza sauce on a burger. (Popular...WHY??) PLEASE do yourself a favor and just grill your own burgers. Trust me, they will me MUCH MUCH better and without a 50 minute wait and rude service.

Quaint, busy little place off Lake Metigoshe. Serves food and ice cream. The wait is long, but worth it if you have the patience. Plenty of tables to sit while you wait or if you want to stay and eat.
