We have been going to Guardian Hotel to stay for Deer, Pheasant hunting for 8 years, adjacent to hotel Restaurant , Food was delicious every time thus, this year 2025, last Friday was very disappointing, we ordered bacon cheese burger and fries, sweet potatoes etc.. the nastiest thing is the hamburger itself, very dry and felt like the burger was made from “yesterday or two”.. will not ever go there again.
I am EVER so appreciative of The Bypass Bar & Grill accommodating and hosting my wedding dinner. The effort, decor AND THE FOOD absolutely exceeded our expectations! It was the absolute most perfect day! I didn't know of a place in Crosby to have a family dinner after and absolutely don't regret contacting them. We have definitely been telling our friends & other family and for sure want to make a point to drive and come eat there more! Thank you all again! It was phenomenal!
The Senior Menu has the right portion size and was reasonably priced. The prime rib sandwich was delicious.

The Bypass Restaurant & Lounge is a hidden gem in small town North Dakota. The atmosphere is great, and it is a nicely decorated, clean place. Service is top notch and good. The food exceeded expectations, with the best food on the road and a spot-on price point, though it is average, typical bar food. The huge parking lot is easy to get to from ND-5. It is worth the stop in Crosby or just passing through.
