Lied and said they were out of milkshakes, still charged me for them. Went back 20 mins later to get a refund on the overcharge and was told "oh I'll make them now." Um, what? I said, what do you mean, you lied to me? "Well, we have to scoop them..." Uh ok. Manager or whoever who came over to see what was happening just sort of listened and pursed his lips and basically said nothing. He went through the motions to give me a refund and made the milkshakes...but what was happening...read full review
Employee Abreanna took our order and payment and at window identified my kids names and called them by their names. Never said hi to us just our kids. Very creepy! She forgot window was open just a crack and was bad mouthing us. Then walked over and slammed window shut after realizing she left it open.
