Tonight we went to KFC at the request of out of town guests. We received our food and two orders were incorrect. Next, I bit into a chicken sandwich that was raw in the middle. The customer service poor and took a lengthy amount of time to be waited on. The restaurant was filthy! There was one clean table and the condiment and soda fountain areas were disgusting. Very poor customer service. Order in drive thru and when I got home chicken was either over cooked or raw. Called and they said if I can in and proved it they would replace the whole bucket. Well that was a lie they only replaced one piece. That’s bs in my opinion.
