I didn't even get to taste the Food so it's a one star. We pull up about 7pm and use the restroom then start to walk inside the dinning room and they tell us the dining room is closed. It kinda felt like the covid days so we just left. ?

Did not like you have to order on kiosk, but I understand you can't hire any help these days.Every employee I came in contact with was very nice.Miss the days employees took your order, and the stores checked you out. Will go through the drive-through next time. I will not self check out at Walmart and don't want to learn my way around a kiosk.

Where do I start…. Came in today on my 30 minute lunch break and ordered at the kiosk, and I was paying with cash so I went to the counter to pay and no one even batted a eye so I sat down to wait. After about 10 minutes I asked a very polite gentleman who I do not know his name but he was of Mexican decent and he advised me to do again. I went to the counter a second time and he asked if someone could ring me up and a bigger woman was very rude to him and her exact words were NO, does it look like we have someone to go to the cash register, that’s why we have kiosk’s…… I’m pretty sure in customer service that’s not something you do or say in front of the customer or to treat your employee like that. Absolutely disgusting customer service. We pay your salary and without us you would not have a job, I feel horrible for the treatment of the other employees also. Your in the wrong line of work (big woman employee) hang in there guys and know your worth and find somewhere else to work so y’all can get treated how you should.

I personally think the quality of the service and the food has gone down at this location. The lobby was closed for some reason. I imagine due to staff shortage. I ordered the 3 Soft Taco Supreme meal and 2 Chili Cheese Burritos through the drive through. I received 3 Soft tacos with hardly any fillings, the was just a few flakes of lettuce, no tomatoes and no sour cream. They corrected it when I returned through the drive thru a second time. Still the quality was very lacking even for Taco Bell. The chili cheese burritos we not very good either. The staff was very friendly though.

I don’t know what happend to this location? They started closing early and I ordered food on the app it say it’s open they took my money but when I got to Taco Bell no one was there. Thanks for taking my money just close done already or find good people to run it

Closed randomly at times, consistently poor food quality, order accuracy is always an issue, speed is tortoise like and this has been an ongoing problem 10 years running. Bathrooms were disgusting, now the lobby is closed and the hours are down to 11 - 5. Just shut this place down whoever is running it, give up. One of the worst restaurants I’ve encountered in my time on earth. The absolute worst Taco Bell and I’ve got 3 years ASM experience to talk from.

We ordered on the app and went to go thru the drive thru. The gal answered and said we are closed. My husband said we just ordered on the app. She said we are closed. Our warming table is not working properly and if you would like to have some food from a table that is not working properly I would gladly give you food poisoning. I said all I want to know is how do you get a refund and she said thru the app. They need to close permanently. They don’t want to wait on anyone. My husband stopped with his semi 3 days before that and they wouldn’t wait on him. Doors were locked and you had to order thru the drive thru with a vehicle only. If you are not going to open the lobby for pickup have a pickup window.

This store needs to close permanently. I have gotten food here about 4 times going through the drive through and the wait is always 10 to 45 minutes or more, it doesn't make sense. I love Taco Bell food but the wait is ridiculous! I went today and a couple of other times sitting in the drivethrough and just decided I wasn't going to wait and left. I don't know what's going on but management needs to change, get some dependable help or just close period.

We show up, lobby doors are locked. No sign or anything. We then go thru the drive through and ask why the lobby is closed.. they say “short staffed”. Ok fair, but put a freaking sign on the door. Then, we ordered two numbers 2’s (6 soft shell taco SUPREMES). They give us the tacos that had atleast 200 packets of sauce.. so 2 orders. The tacos were NOT supreme. So we then had to sit back in line. We get back to the window and he takes the bag from us and wanted to just put the sour cream and tomatoes ON THE TACOS WE GAVE BACK. That’s sooo not ok. So we told them absolutely not and waited another 10 minutes for new soft shell supremes.. (atleast we HOPE they’re new ones. Who knows at this point). I definitely will NOT be back. Someone needs to teach those kids how to work in the food industry.

Horrible language and very poorly managed! Will never go to Dickinson Taco Bell ever and will be sure to pass the word to fellow Taco Bell lover's that this location is best to be by passed. Employees were extremely unprofessional and left human fecal matter all over the restroom floor from an over flowing toilet as well as fecal matter out in the entrance where the restrooms are located! This property should be shut down!
