Where do I start…. Came in today on my 30 minute lunch break and ordered at the kiosk, and I was paying with cash so I went to the counter to pay and no one even batted a eye so I sat down to wait. After about 10 minutes I asked a very polite gentleman who I do not know his name but he was of Mexican decent and he advised me to do again. I personally think the quality of the service and the food has gone down at this location. The lobby was closed for some reason. I imagine due to staff shortage. I ordered the 3 Soft Taco Supreme meal and 2 Chili Cheese Burritos through the drive through. I received 3 Soft tacos with hardly any fillings, the was just a few flakes of lettuce, no tomatoes and no sour cream. They corrected it when I returned through the drive thru a second time.
