Like the majority of Jj's a well to do sandwich and good customer service at the counter. Where i got lost was how w/ 4 to 5 employees on AND a mgr how tables remained un-wiped & 2 trashcans were spilling over in the 35 or so minutes we were there?
This was hands down the worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had. The bread was so hard it felt like biting into a rock. It honestly seemed like they over‑baked it to the point where chewing was a chore. Super disappointing.
Jimmy John’s used to be a place for a good fast sandwich. It’s taking over 20 minutes to get one now. They need to make a separate line for assembling door dash orders and dine in orders.
