For the past few weeks we have been driving past Dales going to and from the International Peace Gardens. When just driving past Dales it does not look like much. Tucked inside a gas station/truck stop/run down looking hotel is a surprising gem. Had I not read other Yelp and Google reviews we likely would not have stoped. I've had breakfast several times at Dales, usually opting for the Trucker's Special (bacon, eggs, hash browns and toast. The price is very reasonable and the serving size will fill you up. The service is quick and friendly. I've also spent a few evenings in their little bar. Once a month they have karaoke, usually on the first Friday.
