Jamie is fantastic and my cake was beautiful! I know she’s probably super busy making cakes, especially in the summer time for weddings and such, but overall communication is good and prices are fair. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because my cake was delivered later than discussed and I had to call and email a few times to make sure she was bringing it. My husband and I decided on 457 Cake for our wedding desserts. Jamie was easy to communicate with and made the process so easy and smooth. She arrived on time and setup everything perfectly. We even had a request as to how the cupcakes were frosted- and she nailed it! The price was right, we were so happy with how the cupcakes looked- and they tasted amazing! No complaints here! Highly recommend!

For my wedding I FOUND 457 cakes and the price was very reasonable. I found pictures of my cakes I wanted and the owner said she could make them. I was super excited and told my family and friends about these lovely cakes. I asked my friends to research how to cut a tiered cake. Email communication response was slow. I wasn’t too concerned because air reached out with over 1 year til the date. I paid my deposit. Taste testing was through delivery and not at the bakery itself which was sort of disappointing but we got to try a number of flavors of frostings and cake flavors even though they were not what I had had in mind to have on the day. There were a lot of them that I knew so would never choose but yet had to pay money for this box. I also was nearly charged twice for this. When it got closer to the date I reached out. My order had been all misconstrued so I had to tell her my entire order again and send pictures. At that time I asked if everything was in line or if I should reach out prior to the wedding. She said all was good. I reached out three weeks almost to the date just to make sure. Her response was short and said all was good. Come the wedding day. There were no cakes. My friends called and she told them she had down a date 2 weeks later. She told me later in an email and phone she had one week later down. I was and am still very upset. It can’t be redone and the wedding went on. The owner made amends and reimbursed my cakes from her as well as the replacements. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

We used 457 cakes for our wedding and we had the best experience!! So stress free and the desserts were AMAZING!! We had mini cupcakes and cookies and had barely any leftover! Jamie was great at recommendations and our at home tasting packages was perfect!!Highly recommend Jamie for all your events!!
