Do not order. I always order my wings with extra sauce and never get it. On top of that I have to wait for the server to come back and check in to get me extra sauce. I decided to order delivery tonight. I paid for extra sauce and it didn’t come. I ordered 20 wings and got 18. This is not ok. One time is an accident, two is a pattern, every time is the standard that you provide to guests. It is not a lot to ask for an extra side of sauce. It is not a lot to ask for the correct number of items that I ordered. After talking to the manager on duty I was offered $5. I guess I’ll try a different location and hope they can actually serve a correct order.

My steak tasted like it was microwaved, the outer part was rubbery and I couldn't eat it. Then it seemed like it was thrown on a fire and was burned. The manager got me a different piece of meat. I still paid for the meal. I had to take it to go. I was sick of the wait. I'm going to choose a different Applebee's now. Second time I have run into something with the food as if it was microwaved at this one.

We ordered the assorted appetizer, we must have gotten the bottom of the bowl of chips as they were mostly crushed. I had the 3 cheese Penne, the chicken was not cooked enough and I have never had so much liquid on the plate it was not creamy but runny. I would give it a 2 as it wasn't very tasty. Another member of our group ordered a hamburger cooked med well, there was a lot of juice on the plate. The bun was wet and squishy. She did not even eat the sandwich. Another chicken sandwich order was with no mayo but they put all the toppings under the burger so the bottom bun was wet and squishy. I don't like to complain about food as if it gets sent back I don't know what the cook will do to it.

I ordered from Applebees last night at 10:30pm after a long 12 hour shift. I was starving, but there was so much salt on my fries and the the mini Cinnabon bites. I was so disappointed! I rarely leave bad reviews, the salt was so bad I couldn't eat any of my food. How do you manage to put that much salt on a sweet desert?! I wasted my hard earned money on food I couldn't even force myself to eat. I even tried different parts of the meal and desert and still was too much. Hopefully they change that and the next person doesn't get the same experience I got

Bourbon steak & salmon meals were great! Wonton taco's looked good but were bland. Definitely needed more Zing sauce. Service by both the manager & waitress was very good!☺️

Well this is possibly the worst meal we have had at Applebee's! First of all our Pretzels were like they were warmed up with very little cheese sauce. Then we got our meal my hamburger was a little warm on the inside and cold all the way around. My husband had Chicken Alfredo which was barely warm and very dry. Very little sauce. And finally his lemonade was very watered down. I won't send anything back because I wouldn't trust what I get back. So very disappointed!

I hadn't been there in years and was surprised that I was able to navigate their menu and find some healthy options. And, it was fresh.
Dietary restrictions: They were willing to swap and substitute so I could make it work with my own nutrition plan.

So my husband and I were eating our dinner and we just happened to hear about an issue with one of another persons table. They didn’t get service for over and hour of being sat. It was quite a large table to. When the lady wanted to talk to a manager, the manager didn’t look at her or acknowledge her for the first few minutes of her talking, he just seemed like he didn’t care or wanted to make the situation right in anyways. She was being so polite to him aswell. I was not impressed with the way that manager acted. Was not a great experience for us.
