I was at the restaurant when there was very bad weather and tornados forecast. We asked that the TV be placed on a channel that would show us warnings, but they said no only sports. I did not think this was handling customers safely.

Do not order. I always order my wings with extra sauce and never get it. On top of that I have to wait for the server to come back and check in to get me extra sauce. I decided to order delivery tonight. I paid for extra sauce and it didn’t come. I ordered 20 wings and got 18. This is not ok. One time is an accident, two is a pattern, every time is the standard that you provide to guests. It is not a lot to ask for an extra side of sauce. It is not a lot to ask for the correct number of items that I ordered. After talking to the manager on duty I was offered $5. I guess I’ll try a different location and hope they can actually serve a correct order.

My steak tasted like it was microwaved, the outer part was rubbery and I couldn't eat it. Then it seemed like it was thrown on a fire and was burned. The manager got me a different piece of meat. I still paid for the meal. I had to take it to go. I was sick of the wait. I'm going to choose a different Applebee's now. Second time I have run into something with the food as if it was microwaved at this one.
We ordered the assorted appetizer, we must have gotten the bottom of the bowl of chips as they were mostly crushed. I had the 3 cheese Penne, the chicken was not cooked enough and I have never had so much liquid on the plate it was not creamy but runny. I would give it a 2 as it wasn't very tasty. Another member of our group ordered a hamburger cooked med well, there was a lot of juice on the plate. The bun was wet and squishy. She did not even eat the sandwich. Another chicken sandwich order was with no mayo but they put all the toppings under the burger so the bottom bun was wet and squishy. I don't like to complain about food as if it gets sent back I don't know what the cook will do to it.

I ordered from Applebees last night at 10:30pm after a long 12 hour shift. I was starving, but there was so much salt on my fries and the the mini Cinnabon bites. I was so disappointed! I rarely leave bad reviews, the salt was so bad I couldn't eat any of my food. How do you manage to put that much salt on a sweet desert?! I wasted my hard earned money on food I couldn't even force myself to eat. I even tried different parts of the meal and desert and still was too much. Hopefully they change that and the next person doesn't get the same experience I got

Bourbon steak & salmon meals were great! Wonton taco's looked good but were bland. Definitely needed more Zing sauce. Service by both the manager & waitress was very good!☺️
