Curb side order was wrong. One steak was supposed to be well done. Both cooked medium rare. Called and manager said he would send certificate for mix up. When certificate came it would not cover the cost of a new meal. Just a dessert. There is a big difference between a steak and dessert in a menu.

Food Poisoning: My boyfriend and I went to Applebee's around 7pm on a Tuesday night to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant wasn't busy but it took us 10 minutes to get seated since their was no hostess or anyone checking on the entrance way. Once we got seated, we both order drinks (margarita's), our server never asked if we wanted it blended or on the rocks, which I understand that some bartenders don't like to blend drinks because they take forever and you have to clean the blender, at least ask though. We order our food it took 36 minutes to get to our table. I got pasta with chicken and my boyfriend got a chicken sandwich. Our food was warm, not hot. My breadstick came out after I finish my plate (I am not a fast eater). I got home that night and was not feeling the best, I ended up getting food poisoning from the meal which was the only thing I ate that night and my boyfriend also got food poisoning. The service was bad, we got sick from the food. I would not recommend going to this place ever!
The staff is always friendly. The restaurant is always clean when we eat there. The food is good 99% of the time. The only food item we have had issues with is the boneless chicken wings sometimes there is way too much fat vs meat.

Update w/ original review for transparency: I was excited to visit Applebee’s, especially for the mozzarella sticks and spinach dip, but unfortunately, the food didn’t meet my expectations. The mozzarella sticks had unmelted cheese, and the spinach dip had a film on top. The mushroom burger was also a bit too greasy. After spending $68, my family couldn’t enjoy the meal, so I left a review. Greg, the Regional Director, kindly reached out with an apology. I appreciate his response and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others.
Original review: If I could zero stars this is what this was would be. Worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time. The restaurant was not busy and it still took 20 minutes past our order time receive the appetizer. Furthermore, the burger we revieved was dripping grease and whatever else was on the grill. Every single item we ordered was luke warm, and lacking flavor. Just don't recommend this location I guess
